Have an dynamic search box for all the form field widget options

Having the form field widgets in three different menus is a bit slow and unintuitive. Better if they were in 1 menu and it had a dynamic search box above it, so as you type it matches the string with 'contains' logic for any of the form fields below.

e.g. I type 'choice' and as I do it narrows down the list of fields below to 'multiple choice' and 'single choice'
